Scene Scheduling

Overview

Scene Scheduling allows you to set specific times or days for your scene components to react, enabling you schedule how your scene should look and behave in the future enabling to schedule events in advance.

How to interact with Scene Scheduling

  1. Click on a scene in the Business Manager dashboard.

  2. Click on schedule tab.

Scene scheduling

You can schedule a change in the scene by clicking on the Schedule button at the top of the Scene panorama screen.

This screen is very similar to scene panorama, but you will find the "Select event date" box. In order to schedule a change, you just need to click on schedule media change in the images column and complete the following form. If you need to schedule a change for variables simply change the value in the corresponding box on the variables column and then press "Schedule variable change"

If you click on "Activity timeline" you will get a popup showing you every change scheduled for the resource
